Renae E. Sharkey, APN-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who specialized in interventional radiology. With a strong background in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients undergoing vascular procedures.
Stephanie Seara, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a diverse background in vascular care, interventional procedures, and diagnostic imaging. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, she is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on trust, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Stephanie works in our Belleville office at the Clara Maass Vascular Center.
Bijal Parmar, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience in vascular surgery and interventional radiology. She joined The Cardiovascular Care Group in 2025. She was inspired to pursue the PA profession as a way to live a life of service and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients facing challenging and often emotional medical circumstances.
Before joining The Cardiovascular Care Group, Bijal served in multiple vascular and interventional roles at leading medical institutions, including Endeavor Health Northwest Community Hospital in Illinois, Loyola University Medical Center, and Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Her surgical experience includes assisting in complex open and endovascular procedures such as aneurysm repairs, bypass surgeries, carotid interventions, and dialysis access creation and maintenance. She also brings a strong background in wound care, diagnostic imaging, and vascular access management.
Victoria Lora, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant with experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac imaging. She joined The Cardiovascular Care Group in 2025. Her passion for medicine began early through volunteer work with her local EMS junior squad. She went on to become an EMT and served in leadership roles as captain and vice president of her hometown ambulance corps.
Before joining The Cardiovascular Care Group, Victoria practiced at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center and NYU Winthrop Hospital. Her clinical work involved pre- and post-procedural cardiac care, inpatient rounding, diagnostic interpretation, and collaboration with physicians and nursing teams to provide comprehensive cardiovascular treatment.
