Alternatively, if modification is not possible, such provision shall be stricken and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. You agree to submit to jurisdiction in New Jersey and that any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought solely in the state or federal courts in New Jersey.
