The section titles in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely in the State of New Jersey. You agree to submit to jurisdiction in New Jersey and that any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought solely in the state or federal courts in New Jersey.
