Each member brings a unique skill set, years of experience, and a shared passion for advancing the field of vascular care. Together, they embody the mission of TCVCG: to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while driving innovation and excellence throughout the organization.
Nicole Capo is the Chief Operating Officer and has been a valued member of The Cardiovascular Care Group since 2002, contributing to the practice’s growth and success. Over the years, she has excelled in various roles, from front desk support and surgical scheduling to clinical assistance and staff training. With a background that includes studies at Morris County College and experience in both multi-specialty groups and customer-focused roles, Nicole’s dedication to patient care and clinical knowledge has been invaluable. Known for her loyalty and expertise, Nicole is a go-to resource for daily operations. She finds fulfillment in caring for patients, making them feel special, and embodying the patient-focused ethos that drives the practice. She leads operations across the TCVCG group and ensures everything runs smoothly for staff, doctors, and patients.
Lisa Golebieski, Human Resources Manager at The Cardiovascular Care Group, brings over 20 years of HR expertise to the organization, effectively managing all facets of human resources. Passionate about fostering employee retention and organizational growth, Lisa finds the most rewarding aspect of the role in providing support and leadership to the team. Lisa is constantly focused on introducing new resources and programs to help employees and also supports their desire to grow within the organization. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys fitness and roller skating, reading, crafting, cooking, and spending time at the beach.
Eras Chong, CFO of The Cardiovascular Care Group, oversees financial strategy and ensures the organization’s financial health through data-driven decision-making. With expertise in analyzing complex data, standardizing processes, and fostering transparent communication, Eras plays a key role in aligning financial and operational goals. The most rewarding part of the role is implementing improvements that empower the team, enhance client satisfaction, and build a lasting legacy. Outside of work, Eras enjoys spending time with family, hiking, biking, and engaging in global humanitarian efforts.
Silvia Gonzalez, Finance Manager at The Cardiovascular Care Group, brings over 20 years of accounting and finance expertise to lead the company’s accounting department. Silvia combines analytical expertise with strategic insight, identifying trends and making informed decisions to drive financial health and growth. She excels in forecasting, budgeting, and problem-solving, ensuring the organization’s financial stability. Silvia finds fulfillment in collaborating with her team, contributing fresh ideas, and making a meaningful impact on the company’s direction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, loved ones, and pets, as well as dining out, traveling, and exploring new experiences.
Jason Jacobs, Marketing Manager at The Cardiovascular Care Group, oversees all marketing and IT operations, with a special emphasis on enhancing patient experience. With over 20 years of healthcare experience in both agency and corporate settings, Jason excels at problem solving through his data-driven mindset. He finds fulfillment in fostering a positive team culture, and providing resources that help patients understand their disease processes and treatment options. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exploring new restaurants and destinations, playing sports, tackling DIY projects, and cheering for NY/NJ sports teams.
Diane Beninato, Procedure Suite Administrator at The Cardiovascular Care Group, oversees the operation of 3 procedure suites with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. With extensive experience in clinical management across hospital and private practice settings, Diane leverages a data-driven approach to improve processes and outcomes. She enjoys collaborating with dialysis centers to coordinate the best possible care for mutual patients. Outside of work, Diane loves cooking, spending time with her granddaughters, and traveling the country to visit baseball stadiums.
Sabrina Edmunds, Director of Nursing for The Cardiovascular Care Group’s Clifton Procedure Suite, brings 40 years of cardiovascular nursing experience to her role, with over a decade spent with TCVCG. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Sabrina leads by example, working closely with her team to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing vascular interventional procedures. She finds the most rewarding aspect of her role in interacting with patients and their families, offering support whenever possible. Sabrina is certified in ACLS, BLS, Arrhythmia, IV, Phlebotomy, and Critical Care, and her dedication has been a cornerstone of her experience at TCVCG. Outside of her clinical expertise, she ensures daily operations run smoothly, advancing nursing practices and improving patient outcomes.
Nicolina Krowicki, Director of Nursing at The Cardiovascular Care Group’s Westfield Suite, brings 40 years of nursing experience to her role, fostering precision, autonomy, and a commitment to lifelong learning. She finds the most rewarding aspect of her job in supporting patients during vulnerable moments with kindness, care, and respect. Outside of work, Nicolina enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, and learning about different cultures, languages, and traditions. She is also passionate about giving back to the community through volunteering at food banks and outreach programs.
Colby Lauro, MSN, RN, CMSRN, is a highly skilled nursing leader with expertise in clinical nursing, project leadership, and system innovation. With a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from James Madison University, Colby has held key roles, including Director of Nursing for a Medical-Surgical Transplant Unit, where they oversaw 24-hour nursing care, developed education programs, and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. A recipient of numerous awards, including the Daisy Award and Nurse of the Year, Colby is passionate about advancing nursing standards and fostering professional growth. Outside of work, Colby actively contributes to policy development and community service through various councils and committees.
